Lauren Kesterson

Lauren’s primary focus is to identify top talent for our organization, provide training and guidance to the team, and manage the internal operations of the firm.  She collaborates with our account executives ensuring that they have the necessary tools and information to meet the needs and requirements of our clients and candidates.  Lauren works closely with other firms in our network as well as suppliers and vendors to ensure that each consultant in our firm has the best resources at their disposal.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates as well as to our executive search consultants so they may continue to do what they do best.
