He is recognized for his expertise in developing lasting relationships by focusing on thoughtful questions and thorough feedback. He is passionate about identifying the new talent that is needed to offset the shortage of candidates within the industry. With this goal in mind, Doug searches out the best candidates, determining the right cultural and skill fit, and works to attract them to his clients’ positions.

A graduate of NC State University, with a degree in Communications, Doug still uses the skills he acquired in college today. He effectively communicates with his clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually rewarding experience that’s beneficial to all.

Doug has 3 children that keep him busy but enjoys playing music when he can find a little free time.
